Summer Interns
With placement at Väggabadet in Karlshamn as a summer intern, full-time, scheduled working hours with evening and weekend shifts.

Job Description
Together with other staff, you will be responsible for staffing Väggabadet during scheduled hours and ensuring the safety and comfort of bathers. You will work in a team but also independently, lead groups, and work with people of all ages. The tasks include all the different operational areas that occur at the swimming facility, such as lifeguarding, swimming instruction, activities, supervision, cleaning, and cash/reception work. The position involves evening and weekend shifts.

Qualifications
You have a high school education and basic computer skills, and you master the Swedish language in both spoken and written form. A lifeguard certificate is required, and we conduct tests in swimming and lifesaving. To be considered for the position, you must achieve a passing result on these tests. Experience in a similar job, current CPR training, and working with children and youth may be advantageous.

You have the ability to prioritize the best interests of the operation and can easily adapt to changing circumstances. You take responsibility, are organized, have a strong safety mindset, a genuine service attitude, and a good approach towards both visitors and colleagues. Personal suitability is highly valued.

The internships are valid for the period of weeks 25-32.
